Dumpster Rental Agreement

I agree to the following terms for renting a 14-yard dumpster from Dependable Trash Out:

Rental Fees

• Flat Rate $365 up to 3 days - $25/day beyond 3 days (by approval only).

• Weight limit: 4,000 lbs (2 tons). Overage = $75 per 1,000 lbs or $150/ton.

Additional Fees

• Landfill surcharges may apply for tires, hot tubs, etc.

Prohibited Items

Do not place the following in the dumpster:

• Hazardous or toxic materials
• Liquids of any kind
• Medical waste or animal remains
• Tires, paint, gas tanks, batteries, railroad ties, asbestos, treated wood, and chemicals
• Heavy debris like dirt, rocks, tile, roofing, bricks, or concrete
• TVs are accepted but may include additional disposal fees. Notify us beforehand if you want us to dispose of them.

If any prohibited items are found at the landfill, you may be charged up to $500 for additional handling and dump penalties.

Rental Conditions

• Do not fill above rim—excess debris will be removed & left on property.

• Customer liable for any property damage during placement/removal.

• Dependable Trash Out/Junk Cabbie is not liable for surface damage (driveways, grass, etc.).
